The Expo City is equipped with sufficient conference rooms, including more than 40 small conference rooms with an area of no more than 150 m^²;, 4 medium-sized conference rooms with an area of 300 m^², two conference rooms which can be combined into 600 m^², 3 large conference rooms with an area of 1,650 m^², 1 super-large conference room which can be combined into 3,300 or 5,000 m^², 11 VIP rooms, 1 independent VIP room, and 1 news conference hall.

In order to meet the diverse needs of the exhibition activities, the column-free multi-purpose hall can be flexibly set up according to different needs, integrating exhibition, conference, banquet and performances. The column-free multi-purpose hall covers an area of 16,000 m^² and can be used as a ballroom of 3,500 people or a conference hall of 7,200 people.
