The 100th China Food and Drinks Fair

It started in 1955 and is one of the oldest specialized exhibitions in China. It is the “barometer” for China's food industry. About 3,000 exhibitors participate in the Fair, the number of professional purchasers reaches 150,000, and the total turnover is about RMB 20 billion. It is the largest and most influential exhibition in China's food industry and is called “The World's First Fair” by the industry insiders.
